    鹏华基金管理有限公司旗下的鹏华价值优势股票型证券投资基金(LOF)2007年6月11日和6月12日连续两日场内交易价格累计涨幅达到19.08%。为此，该公司发表如下声明：

    截至目前，鹏华价值优势股票型证券投资基金(LOF)运作正常。截至目前，鹏华价值优势股票型证券投资基金(LOF)无其他应披露而未披露的重大信息。上市开放式基金(LOF)二级市场交易价格与其基金份额净值紧密相关。基金场内交易，除交易价格外，每间隔一个小时还揭示一次实时参考净值，投资者可通过交易行情揭示系统进行查询。
