首家中外合资基金公司嘉实基金获QDII资格

    国内资产管理规模最大的合资基金公司——嘉实基金昨日获得中国证监会批复，获准开展境外证券投资管理业务，这是第一家符合资格开展境外投资管理业务的中外合资基金管理公司。

    嘉实首只QDII产品将主要投资于在香港交易所、新加坡交易所、美国NASDAQ、美国纽约交易所等上市的在中国地区有重要经营活动的上市公司的普通股和优先股。

    为嘉实提供海外投资顾问服务的将是嘉实基金外方股东——德意志资产管理公司。它是德意志银行的全球性资产管理子公司，旗下管理的资产总计约6000亿欧元。
