南方QDII基金认购比例确定为62%

    南方基金管理有限公司今日公告表示，首只股票型QDII基金---南方全球精选配置基金的确认比例为61.968585%，未确认部分的认购款将于9月18日退还给投资者。

    公告称，南方全球精选配置证券投资基金于2007年9月12日开始募集。由于广大投资者认购踊跃，根据注册登记机构的统计，该基金发售首日募集规模达49,095,844,103.22元人民币，超过了预定的150亿元人民币的规模。南方基金管理公司已于2007年9月13日公告提前结束本次发售。根据有关规定，经申请追加，南方全球精选配置基金最终核批的募集额度为40亿美元。

    根据发售公告，南方基金管理有限公司对2007年9月12日的认购申请采用比例确认的原则给予部分确认。部分确认的比例为61.968585%。投资者认购申请确认金额=有效认购申请金额×61.968585%。据悉，未确认部分的认购款项将按照发售公告的规定于2007年9月18日从注册登记机构划出，退还给投资者。

    据悉，该基金的托管银行为中国工商银行、纽约银行，基金经理为谢伟鸿、基金助理为黄亮，南方基金的QDII在海外的投资分布为：在香港以外成熟市场的投资工具以交易型开放式指数基金为主，降低投资中的非系统性风险；在香港市场中以股票投资为主；在新兴市场中投资交易型开放式指数基金和主动型股票基金。
