泰信中短债基金顺利转型

    泰信中短债基金即将转型为泰信双息双利债券型基金。

    泰信日前召开了旗下中短债基金持有人大会，会议审议了该基金转型为泰信双息双利债券型基金的议案，并以99.97%的高票数顺利通过。持有人大会表决结果近日获得中国证监会核准，相关后续工作将于近期完成。

    转型后，该基金将在获取债券稳定收益的基础上，增加股票一级市场申购及适当的二级市场投资等手段。

    此外，截至2007年9月底，泰信基金“2007年百人百场投资者交流会”已成功举办近120场。泰信旗下基金业绩今年以来大幅度提升，为持有人创造了较丰厚的回报，同时公司治理水平及管理资产规模已迈上新台阶。
