中国基金业十年庆典在上海举行

    日前，中国基金业十年庆典暨2007中国基金业高峰论坛在上海举行。原全国人大财经委办公室副主任、《证券投资基金法》起草工作组首任组长王连洲在开幕演讲中表示，中国基金业能有今天的发展和辉煌归功于各种综合因素。

    谈到基金法的作用，王连洲表示，该法提高了基金在社会上的知名度，提高了领导层对基金的重视程度，同时监管层为贯彻落实基金法连续制定了一系列的配套管理文件，从而推动基金业加速发展，使之进入了架构合理、制度完善、机制高效、信息透明、运作规范、公众信赖的崭新发展阶段。

    经济学家许小年建议，要改革基金产品发行审批制度，避免基金在风格和质量上的趋同；要改革统一规定的费率体系；要改变超短期的业绩评价体系，使基金在市场竞争的压力下，走向基本面投资，追求长期回报，逐渐发展形成自己的多样化的风格。
