推进QDII业务发展 QDII总额已达421.7亿美元

    国家外汇管理局副局长李东荣在“2007年中国合格境内机构投资者研讨会”上指出，要适应对外证券投资需要，稳妥推进QDII业务发展。

    来自外管局统计数据显示，截至2007年9月末，QDII总额度已经达到421.7亿美元。其中，21家商业银行获得代客境外理财投资购汇额度161亿美元，5家基金公司获得境外投资额度195亿美元，14家保险公司获得额度65.7亿美元。已实际汇出投资金额108.6亿美元。

    李东荣表示，QDII制度正在并将继续发挥在对外证券投资中的重要作用，成为境内居民投资多元化和分散风险的有效渠道。他还表示，各类QDII机构应本着对投资者负责的态度，认真审视内部风险控制，并加大对投资者的风险提示和教育；有关监管部门在推进QDII业务发展进程中，应加强沟通和协调，不断完善相关管理法规等。
