金博会开幕 基民热问"该不该赎基金"

    北京人对理财的热情在金博会上高涨。昨日上午9点，北京展览馆金博会现场排起了长龙。现场摩肩接踵，连打电话都得喊。而参观的市民也是争相向各家机构的专家抛出一个个自己关心的理财问题。首日的参观人数达到了6.2万人。

    后市操作基民最关心    

    基金展厅无疑是昨日人气最旺的区域。在华夏基金、上投摩根等公司的展台前都围满了基民，记者不时听到“您说股市这样，我是否该赎回手头的基金？”等类似的问题。“基金业绩、下半年的走势、股市震荡情况下的投资策略无疑是今天投资者最关心的话题。”上投、工银瑞信、博时基金的工作人员告诉记者。

    面对众多基民提出的近期股市震荡行情下的操作问题，招商基金总经理助理陈灿辉建议基民长线持有的同时建议基民进行基金转换。“主要是成本低，卖掉以后再买，从款项到账到您再次买入基金，至少要5天，而办理转换只需要两三天。”

    黄金理财成为新热点    

    黄金无疑成为昨日金博会的新热点。无论是黄金投资，还是利用黄金融资都是众多参观者关心的热点。在中钞国鼎展台前，其推出的“国鼎金条”与“金满堂Ⅰ号”吸引了众多的投资者。

    而宝瑞通典当行带来黄金饰品等一些奢侈绝当物品也让众多淘宝族满意而归。宝瑞通典当行的民品总监朱惠玲说，近期市民对典当的认识越来越深入。无论是送孩子出国还是做生意，很多人都爱用黄金融资，毕竟典当融资时间短，金额高。
