巴西年底前将建主权基金

    巴西财政部长吉多·曼特加26日说，巴西政府将在今年年底以前建立一个总额达百亿美元之多的主权财富基金，以管理政府资产。

    曼特加表示，巴西政府还未确认这个基金将持有哪些资产，但是会向巴西国家发展银行购买证券，以帮助这家银行加大向本国企业发放贷款的力度。

    他还透露，这个国家基金的起始资本可能达到100亿美元，其中包括小部分巴西的外汇储备。

    巴西外汇储备今年以来大幅增加，至今年7月已超过1500亿美元，创历史最高水平。
