基金景阳获证监会批复 近期实施封转开

    基金景阳持有人大会决议昨日获证监会批复。根据该决议，基金景阳将于近期实施封转开，名称变更为大成景阳领先股票型证券投资基金，基金存续期由2007年12月31日到期变更为不定期。

    封转开基金正成为市场期待的新鲜血液。除去目前正在发行的南方隆元产业主题股票基金以外，基金景阳、基金兴安、基金科讯也将陆续进行封转开集中申购。

    基金景阳在转型为大成景阳领先后，将取消20%的国债投资比例限制，股票投资比例最高可达基金资产的95%。其将以追求基金资产长期增值为投资目标，选择一批代表我国新兴经济体特点、具有核心竞争力的领先上市公司进行投资，获取超额收益。

    基金景阳今日复牌，复牌后基金管理人将按照有关规定，向上海证券交易所申请终止上市。
