天相投资林义相:股东类型单一 基金经理变动频繁

    在昨日深圳举行的第六届中国证券投资基金国际论坛上，天相投资顾问有限公司董事长林义相先生指出，基金经理普遍太年轻、基金管理经验不足、人员变动频繁。

    林义相昨日介绍说，国内基金经理普遍太过年轻化，统计数据显示国内基金经理平均年龄仅35岁，而美国同类数据为44岁，此外多数基金经理的基金管理经验明显不足，三分之一的基金经理的基金管理经验不到1年，四分之三的基金经理基金管理经验不足三年。“今年前三季度基金经理变更268次，折算全年是172次，一共300多支基金，也就是差不多每一个基金都变过一次。”林义相认为，上述原因主要是因为基金公司对基金经理的激励机制过于缺乏，因此很难留出优秀的基金人才。

    同时，林义相谈及基金公司发展时表示，目前基金公司产品同质化现象严重，基金投资风格趋同，基金公司专业化分工不足，产品经营形式单一，此外在基金公司本身，公司的股东类型太单一，90%的基金公司第一大股东都是券商，因此建议对基金公司的股权结构体制进行调整，同时增加目前基金公司的数量。
