工行将与标准银行联合成立基金公司

    正申报QDII新额度

    中国工商银行董事长姜建清15日表示，该行正酝酿联合南非标准银行成立一家基金公司，以满足工行海外发展资产管理的需要。同时，该行金融市场部副总经理马续田表示，工行目前QDII的额度已基本用完，正在向监管部门报批新的额度。

    姜建清表示，工行国际化的战略正在稳步推进，在收购南非标准银行后，工行将联合其成立一家基金管理公司，该公司将主要以私募的方式来筹集资金，投资标的也主要以非洲地区的能源矿产为主，基金公司的成立将更好地配合工行的海外网点，提升资产管理的业务能力。他介绍说，成功收购南非标准银行后，工商银行的ROE（净资产收益率）水平有望提高0.3—0.4个百分点。此外，姜建清还介绍，工商银行明年将完成实施巴塞尔新资本协议，并按照高级标准执行。

    工商银行金融市场部副总经理马续田介绍，工行正向监管部门报批QDII的新额度，同时在今年底，工行将在工银亚洲设立一家资产管理公司，以专注于资产管理业务。目前工行QDII客户数量已达到10万。
