依靠法律维护自身利益 机构投资者应该站出来

    在长春经开三季度公布的流通股股东名单中，华夏大盘精选证券投资基金以1571.39万股排在首位。而在长春经开公布土地协议解除后，机构纷纷大量卖出所持股票，在19日的卖出席位中有三家机构身影，排名第一的机构专用席位卖出金额高达1.38亿元，当日均价9元计算，抛出的股数就达到了1500万股，与华夏大盘精选的持股数较为接近。

    买入的股票出了问题，机构为减少损失出货本没错。但作为大的机构投资者，毕竟不同于一般股民，在长春经开土地协议解除的过程中，这一年多的时间里，难道没有通过调研了解到一丁点不利的信息吗？在法制不断完善，市场经济日趋健全的环境下，机构在“逃跑”的同时，是否应该发出自己的声音，是否还有依靠法律维护自身利益等其它选择，而不仅仅是“任人宰割”呢？

    另一方面，作为上市公司的高管来说，面对一次又一次目的不明的交易时，是否质疑过其合理性与合法性，是否尽到了保护上市公司利益的责任呢？
