中信证券董事会通过华夏、中信基金合并案

    中信证券昨日发布公告显示，该公司董事会已经同意并通过了华夏基金与中信基金的合并议案。

    目前，中信证券已经完成了对华夏基金管理有限公司和中信基金管理有限责任公司的全资收购，分别持有上述两家基金管理公司100%的股权。根据该议案，公司将授权经营管理层就合并事项签署相关协议，并办理相应的手续。
