基金公司办公场所"升级换代"忙

    在火热的牛市中，不仅基金公司的资产管理规模在成倍增长，基金公司的注册资本金在不断增大，连基金公司的办公场所，也趁着牛市忙着“更新换代”。因为业务的不断扩张，基金公司不断招聘进新鲜血液，人员的增加也带来了不少基金公司搬迁办公场所。

    本轮牛市以来，鹏华基金公司、华夏基金公司、广发基金公司、长城基金公司、南方基金公司等都搬迁了办公地点。2007年以来，基金公司搬迁办公地址的频率明显加大。相比原来的办公地点，基金公司新搬迁的办公条件普遍宽敞优越许多，即使是没有搬迁的基金公司，也有不少正在扩充办公地点。

    在不少人眼里，基金公司作为金融业里的高端行业，不仅人才济济，收入丰厚，办公场所也十分豪华。其实，不少基金公司现在的办公场所设置，仍然是按照前几年熊市时的市场状况来配置的，随着牛市的到来，基金公司业务量大增，不仅基金经理比过去多很多，客服、市场营销、后台、技术支持等方面的人员也增加了许多。原来的办公场所一时间显得捉襟见肘了，不少基金公司不得不把办公室搬迁到更大的写字楼里。
