农行进军私募基金托管业务

    中国农业银行12日与苏州盛商联合投资中心（有限合伙）签署了私募基金资产托管业务合作协议，拉开了农行与国内私募股权投资基金公司全面合作的序幕，也标志农行开始进军私募股权投资基金资产托管业务。

    根据协议，农行将为该投资中心私募基金开设基金资产账户，提供资产保管、会计核算、资金清算、公司信息、绩效评估与风险管理等多项托管服务，并对其基金的投资活动实施投资监督。

    农行托管业务部总经理张军洲说，农行将持续研发适合私募基金、房地产信托投资基金、慈善基金等新兴市场投资基金需求的托管产品，不断向资产托管业务体系注入成长性高、持续性强、稳定性好的业务与产品，实现资产托管规模稳定快速增长。
