江苏加强基金销售监管

    针对省内基金代销机构出现的少数违规行为，江苏证监局近日对基金代销机构、基金销售行为进行了分析，并采取相关措施加强基金代销机构合规性监管。

    据江苏证监局介绍，少数证券投资基金代销机构在基金销售过程中违规行为主要有以下几种形式：在基金销售过程中违反基金募集期的期限要求，擅自提前接受基金客户的申购款；在销售过程中夸大、失实宣传、不按核准费率销售；代销机构在内控、客户服务和投资者教育方面不完善等。

    针对上述情况，江苏证监局采用下发监管意见函、约见有关代销机构负责人、现场检查等措施，有效遏制了上述情况的进一步发展，取得良好效果。
