基金鸿飞即将封转开

    宝盈基金今日公告称，鉴于基金鸿飞将于2008年4月14日到期，为维护基金份额持有人利益，根据有关规定，该基金决定以通讯方式召开基金份额持有人大会，讨论关于基金鸿飞转型有关事项的议案。

    公告表示，此次鸿飞基金转型方案需经参加相关持有人大会表决的基金份额持有人所持表决权的三分之二以上通过，存在无法获得相关持有人大会表决通过的可能。

    据悉，鸿飞基金若获准转型将由封闭式基金转型为开放式基金，基金名称变更为“宝盈资源优选股票型证券投资基金”，转型之后该基金的投资策略将调整为——基金将中长期持有具有资源优势的股票为主的股票投资组合，并注重资产在各相关行业的配置，适当进行时机选择，采用“自上而下”进行资产配置和行业配置、“自下而上”精选个股的积极投资策略。

    公告透露，会议投票表决起止时间为自权利登记日次日即2008年2月6日起至2008年2月28日24：00；会议通讯表决票的寄达地点为北京市方正公证处。
