上投南方融通三家基金公司参与山东黄金定向增发

    今日,上投摩根基金公司发布公告称，该基金公司旗下上投摩根阿尔法基金、上投摩根成长先锋基金和上投摩根内需动力基金参加了山东黄金的定向增发。上述基金分别认购山东黄金90万、60万、50万股，总成本占基金资产净值的比例分别为0.7039%、0.4304%、0.3547%。

    昨日南方基金公司发布公告称，该公司旗下天元基金、南方稳健成长基金、南方稳健成长贰号基金、南方避险增值基金、南方成份精选基金、南方隆元产业主题基金参加了山东黄金定向增发。此外，融通基金公司也参与了山东黄金的定向增发，认购了其中的150万股。
