海通证券取得QDII资格

    海通证券今日公告披露，公司已收到中国证监会《关于核准海通证券股份有限公司作为合格境内机构投资者从事境外证券投资管理业务的批复》，核准公司作为合格境内机构投资者，从事境外证券投资管理业务。

    海通证券表示，在取得合格境内机构投资者资格后，公司将根据有关规定，向中国证监会申请设立集合资产管理计划，启动境外证券投资管理业务。
