京城首家有限合伙制私募股权基金成立

    日前，京城首家有限合伙制的股权型私募基金正式注册成立。这家名为红石国际创业投资中心（有限合伙）的私募基金，主要从事股权投资业务，重点投向为我国油页岩等矿产资源的综合开发项目和拟上市企业的股权。

    目前，红石基金已经准备好了全套的商业和法律文件，并与建设银行签订了基金托管协议，首期基金规模为5亿元人民币，计划在3个月内全部到位。

    据红石基金的主要管理人赵先生介绍，一支私募股权基金从募集、投放到退出，能否顺利成功，主要取决于基金管理人的人力、人脉资源以及基金的投资方向和策略。

    据悉，截至目前，沪深两地已经出现了近10家合伙制的私募机构。随着红石基金的成立，北京地区也将迎来一轮私募基金争相抢滩掠地的热潮。业内人士预测，私募股权基金有望成为我国资本市场上的一支重要力量。
