    随着基金专户理财的开闸，首批获得资格的9家基金公司将正式升级为资产管理公司。

    汇添富基金有关人士表示，公司已从业务架构、投研人员、交易系统、风险管理和客户服务等几方面做好准备工作。公司已成立独立的特定客户资产投资决策委员会和管理部门。这种管理架构使特定客户资产管理业务享有与公募基金一样公平的机会。
