国顺基金探索私募基金新形式

    私募基金又有了新形式，首批有限合伙制私募基金之一国顺投资基金日前在上海正式挂牌成立。

    随着2007年6月1日修订后的《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》正式施行，有限合伙企业以其特有的组织形式逐渐受到私募基金的青睐。

    国顺基金从2007年12月正式开始筹备，市场反响强烈。国顺基金最低认购单位50万元人民币，共7个普通合伙人和30个有限合伙人参与，在没有借助金融渠道的情况下，短短一个多月的募集期内，募集资金8000余万元。国顺基金投资方向锁定私募(PE)股权投资、房地产开发项目的股权投资、可供出售的金融资产，同时关注企业起步期的风险投资等。

    上海中复投资管理有限公司将作为国顺基金的管理人，上海中复投资由上海中凯企业集团有限公司、宁波德邦控股集团有限公司、江苏中大建设集团有限公司等企业的主要股东共同出资组建，他们将同时成为国顺投资基金的普通合伙人。
