    ST银广夏(000557)公告，公司于3月12日收到宁夏回族自治区高级人民法院送达的《民事判决书》，对大成基金管理有限公司就公司虚假陈述证券民事赔偿纠纷上诉案做出终审判决：驳回上诉，维持原判。
