巨田基金去年盈利3000多万 资产规模达41.34亿元

    据中信国安2007年年报显示，其持股的巨田基金管理有限公司，2007年共实现营业收入8338.8万元，净利润达3196.47万元。截至2007年底，巨田基金共管理着3只基金产品，资产规模达41.34亿元，属于基金公司中的小字号。

    中信国安共持有巨田基金35％股权。2007年10月间，中信国安以6469.5万元人民币的价格，将此股权转让给了摩根士丹利。此项交易仍待有关部门批准。若获批，摩根士丹利将首次直接进入中国基金业。
