四只新基金获批发行 短期资金短缺态势得到缓解

    四只新基金上周五获批发行中国证监会21日批准4只新基金，包括3只股票型基金和1只债券型基金。这4只基金分别来自东方、富兰克林国海、汇丰晋信和鹏华基金管理公司。

    齐鲁证券：

    这是今年以来证监会连续第7周于周五批准新基金。目前每周末均有股票方向型基金获批，新基金发行有成常态趋势。此前，自2月以来先后有南方、建信、浦银、中银、天治、东吴、富国、万家、信诚等10多家基金公司旗下股票方向基金获批发行。加之前期哥伦比亚大学QFII资格获批——这是停止QFII资格审批近一年半来的首次放行，我们认为，在从紧货币政策大背景下，市场资金日益收紧，市场信心已然受到一定影响。很大程度上来讲，A股市场归功于资金推动，近期调整态势反映了市场做多情绪的萎缩。A股市场上周在3500点的心理点位附近徘徊，3月20日的3615.33点创下了本轮大调整以来新低。管理层在此背景下接连放行新基金所带来的不仅仅是资金供应，更重要的是对于市场信心的呵护。虽不能从根本上左右市场趋势，但短期内募集到较大量资金仍可能使得目前资金面短缺态势得到缓解。
