四公司融资申请5日将上会

中国证监会发行审核委员会1日公告称，将于9月5日审核罗莱家纺股份有限公司首发申请，山东华泰纸业股份有限公司增发申请，东信和平智能卡股份有限公司配股申请、泰豪科技股份有限公司配股申请。     罗莱家纺股份有限公司主营床上用品。本次拟发行3510万股，占发行后总股本比例为25.01%，截至2008年6月30日，发行前每股净资产为2.26元。     证监会同日公告称，广东奥飞动漫文化股份有限公司首发获通过，云南云维股份有限公司增发获通过。
