    鹏华基金今日公告称，该公司旗下基金鹏华丰收债券型基金、鹏华行业成长基金、鹏华动力增长混合型基金(LOF)依据相关公告文件依法参与了万科公司债的网下申购。据悉，此次公司债券发行的副主承销商国信证券是该公司控股股东。
