欧佩克9月前不会考虑增产

    据新华社阿尔及尔电石油输出国组织轮值主席、阿尔及利亚能源和矿业部长沙基卜·哈利勒日前表示，欧佩克在9月份部长级会议之前不会考虑增产。

    哈利勒日前在接受当地媒体采访时重申，当前国际市场石油供应充足，高油价并非供不应求所致，而是市场投机的结果。

    3月5日，欧佩克在奥地利首都维也纳召开部长级会议，作出维持原油产量不变的决定。该组织下一次部长级会议定于今年9月9日举行。

    据彭博新闻社估算，3月份欧佩克日均原油产量约为3230万桶。哈利勒日前在接受科威特通讯社采访时还表示，欧佩克有能力使目前的原油日产量增加200万桶，这其中大部分来自于沙特阿拉伯，此外阿尔及利亚、利比亚、委内瑞拉和尼日利亚也有增产的潜力。
