    由于2月3日凌晨的严重霜冻影响，来宾市的甘蔗受灾损失较大。为安排好受灾甘蔗的砍运秩序，2月11日，来宾市农业局局长、糖办主任、果办主任曹远林与迁江糖厂的领导深入蔗区检查甘蔗受冻害情况。曹局长与迁江糖厂的领导认真查看了不同品种、不同高度地块甘蔗的受害情况，在检查中，发现相当部分的受害甘蔗从根部1～7节已开始变质，受冻害严重的生长点死亡并整株变质，而且受冻害严重的甘蔗品种主要是新台糖22号。根据检查情况，曹局长与迁江糖厂的领导商定适当调整甘蔗砍运计划，优先安排新台糖22号受冻害严重的甘蔗砍运，保护蔗农利益，确保甘蔗砍运榨秩序正常。
