黑龙江收购中储和临时储存玉米近40万吨

    为解决黑龙江省农民玉米销售难问题，按照国家及有关部门指令，中储粮黑龙江分公司组织收购100万吨中央储备和国家临时储存玉米。截止到2008年2月中旬，共收购玉米38。2万吨。

    日前，中储粮黑龙江分公司对辖区玉米产区的仓容能力、收储能力、运输能力进行了全面详实的调查，落实了72个收购库点。在农发行黑龙江省分行的支持下，1月17日全面启动了玉米收购工作，各地农发行在满足资金需求和防范风险的前提下，提供优质高效的服务。各收购库点严格执行国家规定的质价标准，实行指定库点按计划挂牌收购，进一步增强了国家宏观调控能力，稳定了市场，稳定了粮食价格，保护了种粮农民的积极性。

    截至2008年2月中旬，累计发放中央储备粮贷款6亿元，收购玉米38.2万吨。
