大摩与金瑞期货达成合作　欲做第二大股东

    记者日前获悉，大摩目前已与金瑞期货经纪公司达成了合作意向，将以战略投资者身份入股金瑞期货，成为金瑞期货的第二大股东。目前，双方就签署正式协议事宜正式展开谈判。据悉，此次大摩收购金瑞期货部分股权，其收购价格接近每股3元。为备战股指期货，金瑞期货已获股东批准，欲将注册资本增资到1亿元，申请成为中金所全面结算会员,而引进外资战略投资者将是全面迎战股指期货市场的第二步。
