上海期货交易所就黄金期货合约及有关规则征意见

    经国务院同意，中国证监会《关于同意上海期货交易所上市黄金期货合约的批复》(证监期货字［2007］ 158号)批准上海期货交易所上市黄金期货。为进一步完善相关交易规则和运作机制，确保黄金期货的平稳、成功上市及健康发展，有效防范风险，充分发挥功能，现将《上海期货交易所黄金期货标准合约》、《上海期货交易所风险控制管理办法》的征求意见稿予以公布，欢迎业界有关方面提出宝贵的意见和建议，并希望各会员单位做好黄金期货上市的相关准备工作。
