股指期货软硬件已就绪 最快10月末公布一月内推

    接近中证监的消息人士透露，股指期货的软硬件已就绪，预计最快在10月下旬十七大结束后公布，约一个月后可以正式运行。据悉，QFII(合格境外机构投资者)参与交易亦没有法律障碍。

    媒体引述证监会期货部副主任黄运成表示，推出期指的市场条件已经成熟，目前著力做投资者教育工作。中国金融期货交易所研发部负责人张晓刚则指出，推出初期会设较高门槛，拉慢起步，慎防过热。

    消息人士指出，经过长时间的筹备，相关的工作基本完成，但何时出台仍要视乎中央的意愿，证监会本身也决定不了。
