大连商品交易所总经理:加快生猪期货合约研发步伐

    大连商品交易所总经理刘兴强近日表示，大商所将充分尊重现货市场实际，在借鉴以往经验的基础上，完善合约设计与相关交易、交割制度，加快生猪期货合约的研发步伐。

    刘兴强说，生猪是关系国计民生的大品种，今年以来，生猪市场价格剧烈波动，市场的发展受到了

    国务院有关部门的高度重视，地方政府对生猪期货的认识和支持力度前所未有。

    刘兴强表示，生猪是一个鲜活品种，在期货交割环节与传统农产品以及工业品有较大的不同，需要在现行规则的基础上有所创新，合约及交割规则的设计要符合现货市场的特点和规律，需要根据市场流通特点选定交割场所，合约规则应与现货市场紧密结合。

    刘兴强说，期货市场应紧紧依靠地方政府，发挥地方优势。通过加强知识普及、操作培训，让更多农户和企业了解生猪期货市场，改善生猪产业的生产、经营和管理，推动整个产业链的完善和发展。
