沪锌被评为2007年度全球最受关注期货品种

    记者3日从上海期货交易所获悉，上期所锌期货日前被英国的《期货期权世界》杂志评为“2007年度全球最受关注期货品种”。

    《期货期权世界》(Futures and Options World， FOW)是一本在全球期货期权领域具有相当影响力的杂志。据FOW统计，2007年度全球46家交易所共有1303个期货新品种上市，至今仅有不超过21%的还在交易。

    从月均成交量指标来看，上海期货交易所的锌期货合约位列榜首，是本年度最为活跃和成功的新品种，成交量亦超过伦敦金属交易所旧有迷你锌期货合约(合约大小皆为5吨/手)。从2007年3月26日上市到11月30日，共170个交易日，沪锌期货累计成交量及金额分别为1561.5万手、20348.77亿元。(中证网)
