东海期货获批金融期货全面结算业务资格

    日前，证监会正式批准东海期货获得“金融期货全面结算业务资格”。这是国内第七张金融期货全面结算业务资格牌照，也是江苏省内第一张金融期货全面结算业务资格牌照。

    今年8月，以东海证券为首的股东单位对东海期货进行了增资，使公司的注册资本金变更为1.2亿元。目前东海期货正在全力申报中金所全面结算会员资格。
