猪肉期货有望2008年推出

    商务部官员表示，为了稳定猪肉价格，明年有可能推出部分猪肉期货的品种。

    商务部部长助理黄海说：“猪肉期货现在从商务部证监会农业部各个部门的认识上，都是达成了一致，我想如果按照先易后难从简到繁的原则呢我想明年应当是有个别品种有可能会出台的。”

    生猪期货上市后，养殖者、加工企业和贸易商可以在期货市场中选择合适的时机卖出或买入期货合约，将销售或购买价格事先锁定在相对理想的水平，通过期货市场规避现货价格周期性波动的风险。黄海还表示，新的猪肉期货品种的推出并非易事，有系列技术问题需要解决，目前有关部门正在积极准备。

    商务部部长助理黄海说：“比如说上期货，上什么样的品种，到底是白条肉，同体肉还是上哪个部位，另外具体是什么猪用哪个品种，因为我们国家和国外不一样，我们国家猪的品种是比较多的，主要是一系列的技术问题。”(来源:CCTV经济信息联播)
