中国证监会批准上海期货交易所挂牌黄金期货合约

    中国证监会28日宣布，已于近日批准上海期货交易所挂牌黄金期货合约。

    证监会有关负责人表示，黄金是一种兼具金融和商品多重属性的贵金属，黄金期货的上市对我国期货市场的发展具有重要意义。

    据介绍，今年9月11日，中国证监会批准上海期货交易所组织黄金期货交易以来，上海期货交易所对黄金期货合约和相关业务规则进行了深入论证，充分借鉴了国际期货市场的成功经验，广泛听取了市场各方意见，设计了符合我国市场实际的黄金期货合约和相关业务规则。

    按照国务院《关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》中“稳步发展期货市场，在严格控制风险的前提下，逐步推出能够为大宗商品的生产者和消费者提供发现价格和套期保值功能的商品期货品种”的精神，中国证监会经过慎重研究，批准上海期货交易所挂牌黄金期货合约，上海期货交易所将在近期上市黄金期货合约。
