欧佩克或在今春减产

    据美国《华尔街日报》28日报道，鉴于全球经济增长减速，原油需求下降，石油输出国组织（欧佩克）可能将在今春作出减产决定。

    文章分析认为，目前美国经济增长减速已成定局，而全球经济是否会受其拖累还有待观察。欧佩克担心全球原油需求将有所回落，因而倾向于减产。而近期，美国和欧盟则屡次要求欧佩克增加产量。

    不过由于目前国际油价依然处于每桶90美元高位，而今年正值美国大选年，欧佩克并不希望因减产而再次成为舆论焦点。因此，该组织很可能在2月1日的会议上作出维持产量的决定。

    但也有市场交易者称，事实上沙特、阿联酋、安哥拉等欧佩克成员国去年秋天以来已经私下将日产量增加了100万桶。另外，随着新油田项目开发完成，欧佩克今年的日产能将提高140万桶。因此，欧佩克有可能会在今年3月的会议上作出减产决定。
