金融期货市场又添"新丁" 中辉期货获注资3200万

    中辉期货迎来新东家。昨日，中捷股份发布公告称，公司正式获得中辉期货55%的股权，成为其第一大股东。同时，中捷股份还为中辉期货带来了3200万元的增资，使其取得从事金融期货经纪业务的“通行证”。

    早在2007年11月27日，中捷股份董事会通过了《关于受让中辉期货部分股权并对其进行增资的议案》，决定收购中辉期货原大股东太原市饲料养殖总公司、太原家丰实业有限公司所持有的55%股权。股权转让完成后，中捷股份向中辉期货增资1760万元，其他股东中辉贸易有限公司、山西轻工塑料有限公司分别出资960万元、480万元，使中辉期货注册资本增至6200万元，超过了《期货公司金融期货结算业务管理暂行办法》要求的期货公司最低注册资本不低于5000万元的门槛。

    3月25日，完成增资的中辉期货正式获得证监会的批复，拿到了金融期货经纪业务市场的“通行证”。
