《中国金融期货交易所交易规则》经中国金融期货交易所股东大会审议通过，并经中国证监会审议批准，现予以发布。     《中国金融期货交易所违规违约处理办法》经中国金融期货交易所董事会执行委员会审议通过，并经中国证监会审议批准，现予以发布。     《中国金融期货交易所交易细则》、《中国金融期货交易所结算细则》、《中国金融期货交易所结算会员结算业务细则》、《中国金融期货交易所会员管理办法》、《中国金融期货交易所信息管理办法》、《中国金融期货交易所风险控制管理办法》、《中国金融期货交易所套期保值管理办法》经中国金融期货交易所董事会执行委员会审议通过，并已报告中国证监会，现予以发布。     以上规则及其实施细则自发布之日起实施。
