精明主妇要选家财险

    去年夏天，住在一楼的吉女士家因暴雨进水，屋内的设施被破坏得一塌糊涂。吉女士最懊悔的是，她曾买过5份家财险，但一个星期前保单到期后，因为没发生任何事情，就没有再购买。这一下子，上万元的损失都要自己埋单了。　

    今年，吉女士买了5份投资型家财险，每份2000元，吉女士在家财险上的投入高达1万元。吉女士表示，如果在保险期限内出了事，保险公司要按合同理赔；如果什么事情也没发生，保险到期后，可领回保费1万元和可能有的投资收益。　

    吉女士表示，她对市场上的家庭财产保险进行过比较，目前家财险品种丰富。保障范围广泛，其中涵盖了房屋、房屋附属物、房屋装修及服装、家具、家用电器和文化娱乐用品。由于火灾、爆炸、自然灾害或者他人恶意破坏等原因造成的财产损失或施救费用，保险公司都会负责赔偿。在主险之外，附加险也相当丰富，比如盗抢险和金银珠宝盗抢险、管道破裂及水渍责任，负责赔偿自来水管道、下水管道、暖气管道或暖气片突然破裂致使水流外溢或邻居家漏水受殃及的损失等，包含了一个家庭可能发生的所有损失。　

    在保障范围差不多的情况下，吉女士决定重新选择投资型的家财险。
