计生"团体险"单位出面8人起保

    一年交60元可获最高3万元的住院医疗保险金     

    新快报讯  (记者  陈凤琼  实习生  廖爱兰  通讯员  段建华  郭艳平)每人一年交纳60元，可以获得最高3万元的住院医疗保险金额！虽然“独生子女综合保险”从2002年宣传至今，但仍有不少市民不清楚，甚至不理解。昨日，广州市人口计生局副巡视员段建华对此作出细化解释，凡是8人以上，单位出面，即可购买该保险，依靠集体的力量，降低各人家庭风险。

    “独生子女综合保险”，也就是俗称的“团体险”。只要符合独生子女规定的家庭，可以在少儿未满18周岁以前，由女方向自己所在机关团体、企业、单位、居委会计生部门提出申请，向中国人寿保险公司购买，最多只能父、母各买一份。每人每年交付保险费用人民币60元，如果小孩意外伤害残疾或者死亡可获得最高金额2万元，意外伤害看门诊可获得医疗保险3000元，住院的话可以获得最高3万元。

    由于名叫“团体险”，意为团体购买，降低风险。把大家的钱集中在一起，共同帮助可能发生不幸的家庭。因此个人不能零散购买，必须由单位出面，8人起才可以投保。不过这种保险以自愿为原则，一定要在当事人同意的情况下才可以办手续，不能单位一手包办，先斩后奏。

    广州市计划生育协会王贵华主任说，实施这种保险四年以来，广州共有12万市民参保，初步统计保险公司共赔付900多万，涉及1万余人。
