北京无退休金老人明年有望领养老金

    昨天，在慰问西城区月坛街道三里河社区生活困难的独居老人时，副市长丁向阳透露，本市在出台一系列的养老政策的情况下，市政府正在研究，明年将再拿出15亿元资金，为没有退休金的老年人发放养老金。

    昨天上午，民政部部长李学举、全国老龄办常务副主任李本功、北京市副市长丁向阳等领导参加了慰问活动。

    民政部部长李学举说，目前我国还有一千万贫困老年人，解决好他们的养老和医疗问题，坚持以人为本，也是社会文明进步的重要标志。北京市最近率先出台的“一老一小”医疗保险制度，将有效解决没有退休金老年人的看病难问题，在全国起到很好的带头作用。
