    服务网络是否成熟有成熟服务网络的保险公司，在事故发生后，能第一时间赶往事故现场，节约车主的等待时机。

    理赔时限有多长投保前，要了解清楚保险公司是否有理赔时限的承诺，如报案后多长时间到达现场、多长时间修车、结案、支付赔款等。

    是否有全国通赔或全省通赔对于经常需要跑到省外的车主，最好选择有全国通赔服务的公司；经常需要驾车外出广州，但限于省内的车主，最好考虑能提供全省通赔的公司。

    是否指定维修厂投保前要问清楚，出险是自行选修理厂，还是必须到指定的修理厂，指定修理厂的资质如何等等。

    车损理赔款是否需车主垫付目前市场上有两种赔款结算方式，一种是保险公司定损后，车主直接修车、取车，由保险公司和修理厂结算；另一种是车主先垫付修理费，再到保险公司办手续领赔款。显然，第一种方式更方便车主。

    是否有拖车施救等紧急救助服务。
