办复杂社保业务承诺时限

    近日，省社会保险事业管理局出台相关规定，社保服务人员必须将经办内容、政策依据、办理程序、办事条件、承诺时限、收费标准、所需材料目录、示范文本八项内容向参保人公开，并向参保人承诺办结时间。   

    为了方便广大参保群体办理相关业务，办法规定常规事项要实行即时服务；复杂事项实行承诺服务。第一位负责接待办事人的工作人员为首问(办)负责人，应当热情、主动地向服务对象提供咨询服务。窗口工作人员应一次性告知服务对象办理该项业务的程序及所需的申报材料等。

    各级局要由指定部门对业务经办窗口完成服务的时限进行监督。接近承诺时限时要提示，超出承诺时限的要警告。如果在规定时限内不能办结，要向有关领导报告并向申办人说明原因。如果没有正当理由不履行承诺，追究有关人员责任。(来源：东亚经贸新闻)
