保险经纪机构管理规定

    第七章  附则 

    第一百三十六条  经中国保监会批准设立的外资保险经纪机构适用本规定。我国参加的有关国际条约和中国保监会另有规定的，适用其规定。

    第一百三十七条  本规定所称保险中介机构是指保险代理机构、保险经纪机构和保险公估机构及其分支机构。

    本规定所称保险公司是指保险公司及其分支机构。

    第一百三十八条  本规定要求提交中国保监会的各类材料，以中文文本为准，并应当按照中国保监会规定的格式上报；中国保监会根据需要可以要求申请人提交有关材料的电子文档。

    第一百三十九条  本规定要求提交的各种表格格式由中国保监会制定。

    第一百四十条  本规定中的有关期限，除以年、月表示的以外，均以工作日计算，不含法定节假日。

    第一百四十一条  本规定由中国保监会负责解释和修订。

    第一百四十二条  本规定自2005年1月1日起施行，中国保监会2001年11月16日颁布的《保险经纪公司管理规定》（保监会令[2001]5号）同时废止。
