保险营销员管理规定

    第八章附则 

    第五十九条中国保监会对农村地区保险营销员《资格证书》和《展业证》另有规定的，适用其规定。

    中国保监会对直接授予《资格证书》另有规定的，适用其规定。

    第六十条关于岗前培训和后续教育培训机构的管理规定参照《保险中介从业人员继续教育暂行办法》执行。

    第六十一条本规定要求提交的材料，以中文文本为准。

    第六十二条本规定由中国保监会负责解释和修改。

    第六十三条本规定中的有关期限，除以年、月表示的以外，均以工作日计算，不含法定节假日。

    第六十四条本规定自2006年7月1日起施行。 

    附件：保险代理从业人员资格考试报名表、保险代理从业人员资格证书换发申请表、保险代理从业人员资格证书(变更、更换、补发)申请表、保险营销员展业证申请表(保监会)
