中国人寿集团收购南方电网32.2%股权

    中国广东省常务副省长钟阳胜12月7日称，中国人寿保险(集团)公司收购广东省国有资产监督管理委员会持有的南方电网有限责任公司32.2%股权，总价320亿元人民币。    

    广东省政府并与中国人寿集团举行了战略合作的签约仪式。钟阳胜在协议签订仪式后并对媒体表示，广东省国资委出售南方电网股权所得资金将用于金融和其他产业投资，包括广东发展银行。

    由花旗集团(Citigroup)牵头的财团在11月斥资243亿元，获得对广东发展银行控股权，其中花旗集团、中国人寿以及中国国家电网公司分别获得20%股权。(国家商务部网站)
