买来"大奔"故意撞树 骗取3万余元保险金

    花2万元购买了一辆旧奔驰后故意撞在树上，河北来京人员蔡某伙同他人伪造事故现场，借此诈骗了3万余元保险金。

    记者上午获悉，石景山法院已经正式受理了该起骗保案件。

    去年3月24日，蔡某伙同王某等人经预谋后，将一辆以2万元购买的旧奔驰280型轿车撞在路边的树上，伪造了交通事故的现场。

    后蔡某等人持交警出具的责任认定手续顺利地从平安保险公司骗得保险金3万余元。

    事后，王某因无法承受巨大的精神压力，最终向警方投案自首，并交代了自己骗保的罪行。
